About Canada
Canada is a federal constitutional monarchy in North America, made up of ten provinces and three territories. Ottawa is the capital; Toronto is the largest city. About 41 million people live here. It borders the United States. English and French are official languages. The currency is the Canadian dollar.
Canada is a G7 economy with a common-law tradition in most provinces, a large bilingual market, and close trade with the United States. British Columbia and Ontario are the provinces we use for a standard corporation, because they do not require a resident director.
Brikseka forms Canadian companies. The usual vehicle is a corporation in British Columbia or Ontario. No resident director is required in those provinces. Incorporation is remote. Canadian banks may still ask non-residents to attend in person.
We then advise on a business bank account and payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal. Approvals are decided by the providers. If your aim is to live in Canada, company formation is not a residence permit — that is a separate immigration file, which we also advise on.
Company formation
We form a British Columbia or Ontario corporation, then stay with the file through banking and payments.
Canada
Not an EU member. English and French are official languages. The Canadian dollar is the currency.
North America
A G7 market with a land border on the United States, and Toronto and Vancouver as the commercial centres.
Tax setting
Federal corporate income tax is published at 15 percent, plus a provincial rate — about 27 percent combined in British Columbia and 26.5 percent in Ontario for general-rate companies. We confirm the live position before you proceed.

Banking and payments
After the company exists, we prepare applications for a business account and payment gateways.
After incorporation
