AI automation

Support drafts, CRM capture, and reporting can run on a short leash once the company, the mailbox, and payments exist. AI does not replace those. It must sit in a workspace the company owns.

We open ChatGPT Team, Gemini in Google Workspace, or Microsoft Copilot only after the entity and the mailbox are real. Client files do not go into a personal chatbot. Zapier connects the tools you already have — a form to HubSpot, a paid Stripe invoice to a note — without a maze of automations nobody can explain. A person still sends the mail and still signs the invoice. We will not brief AI as a way to skip incorporation, banking, or a live website.

How we work

From shortlist to a filed application

  1. 1

    Stack first

Mailbox, site, and payments exist. AI is last on this list on purpose.

  2. 2

    Company workspace

We open Team, Gemini, or Copilot under the company admin.

  3. 3

    Narrow connections

Zapier only where a repeatable hand-off is obvious. We keep the list short.

Company AI, after the company exists

AI is useful for a support inbox, CRM capture, proposal drafts, and reporting. It is not a substitute for the company, the mailbox, or the payment account. We turn it on once those exist, on a short leash, in the company’s workspace — not on a personal ChatGPT login that holds client files.

  • ChatGPT Team

    chatgpt.com

ChatGPT Team (or Enterprise, when the file requires it) is a workspace the company owns. Prompts, files, and history stay in that workspace. A personal ChatGPT account used for client proposals is not that. We do not put KYC documents or bank logins into a model. The product is drafting and triage, with a person still sending the mail.

We brief this after the company, the mailbox, and the live site exist. It is optional.

    How we help

We open a company workspace, attach the company mailbox, and set a narrow use: support drafts, CRM notes, internal summaries. OpenAI decides the subscription. The company holds the admin.

  • Gemini in Google Workspace

    workspace.google.com

When the company already uses Google Workspace, Gemini sits next to Gmail and Docs. That is cleaner than a second AI login. It is still a draft tool. It does not send mail, open a bank account, or replace the accountant.

We brief this on companies that already use Google Workspace.

    How we help

We enable Gemini on the company Workspace where Google sells it, with the same admin lock as the mailbox. Google decides.

  • Microsoft Copilot

    www.microsoft.com

Copilot is the equivalent when the company is on Microsoft 365: drafts in Outlook and Teams, in the tenant the company already owns. Same limits. It assists; it does not operate the company.

We brief this on companies that already use Microsoft 365.

    How we help

We add Copilot on the company tenant where Microsoft sells it. Microsoft decides.

Connected automation

The useful work is moving a support mail into the CRM, or a paid invoice into a weekly note — not a chatbot on an empty website. We connect tools the company already has.

  • Zapier connects the mailbox, the CRM, and the ledger so a new lead or a paid invoice is recorded without a copy-paste. The Zapier account is the company’s. We keep the zaps few and readable. A tangle of automations that nobody can explain is worse than none.

We brief this when the company already has email, a CRM or ledger, and a reason to connect them. Not before.

    How we help

We open Zapier in the company’s name and add only the connections that match the live stack (for example: form to HubSpot, Stripe payment to a mail, invoice paid to a sheet). Zapier decides the subscription.

Provider lists are indicative. We confirm current availability during consultation. Official websites open in a new tab; Brikseka is not those companies, and we do not guarantee their approval.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI replace the company or the bank account?

No. That is the opposite of this page. We turn automation on after the entity, the mailbox, and the payment account exist.

May we put KYC documents into ChatGPT?

No. Company workspaces are for drafts and triage, not for identity documents, bank logins, or other people’s passports.

Do I need Zapier as well as ChatGPT?

Only if there is a connection worth making — for example a form into HubSpot. Most companies do not need it on day one.
